New T-Bar Row on the floor
A T-Bar Row has been added to the strength floor. In the gym’s own words: upgrades come with the growth — and the priority is making sure every member has every tool necessary to reach their max potential.

Iron Forge Fitness opened in 2025 as a locally owned, locally run gym for the people of Oswego and the surrounding towns — built around heavy, honest training rather than gimmicks.
The floor is stocked with free weights, plate-loaded machines and selectorized stations, and the doors stay open so training fits around shift work, farming, family and everything else that fills a week out here.
Nobody here is going to pretend the work is easy. What you get instead is the equipment, the room and the kind of atmosphere where showing up and putting in effort is the normal thing to do.
Mindset, grit and confidence are the actual product. The physical changes are what happens along the way.
Free weights, plate-loaded machines, selectorized stations and a 45-degree leg press. Everything on the floor is there because it does a job, and the gym keeps reinvesting as it grows.
Early shift, late shift, before the kids are up or after the day is finally done — Iron Forge is always open, so your schedule stops being the reason you skipped.
Walking into a weight room for the first time takes nerve. Nobody here forgets that. Ask questions, take your time, and learn the movements properly.
Iron Forge is owned and operated right here in Oswego. Money that comes into this gym goes back into this gym and this town — not to a corporate account three states away.
You will not find a promise of an easy transformation here. You will find the tools, the room and the standard. The work is yours.
Everything shown here is on the Iron Forge floor, from the strength machines to the cardio lineup.
Plate-loaded machines and selectorized stacks run the length of the floor, with barbells, benches and pressing stations for the heavy work and open rubber flooring for everything else.

Your goal is carried across to the form so you don’t have to explain it twice.
Membership gets you the floor, the equipment and the community. Simple monthly rates for singles, families, seniors and students.
Iron Forge is a training environment first. Whether you follow your own program or you’re starting from zero, the floor is set up so you can train hard and train properly.
We’ve put together straightforward guidance on how to structure strength work, how to progress, and how to build a week you can actually sustain — no paywall, no upsell.
Whether personal training is currently offered, and by whom, is set by the gym — so we’re not going to invent a roster of trainers. Ask directly and you’ll get a straight answer.
That’s the point. A good gym isn’t just equipment in a building — it’s a room full of people who quietly hold each other to a standard.
Farmers, nurses, teachers, linemen, students, retirees, first-timers and people who’ve been under a bar for twenty years. Different goals, same floor, same rules: put your weights back, respect the room, and let people work.
If you’re nervous about walking in, come at a quiet hour and have a look around. Nobody is watching you as closely as you think.
